The Ranks of the RTA are as follows.

King - only one King of Terrinore

Royal Counsellors - Three men who are second in command

(Navy) Ship captains - 10 brave men who will pilot ships for the RTN

Sailors - 50 of these will be under the control of the captains

(Army) Knights - 10 brave men who will ride for the RTA

Footmen - 50 of these will be under the control of the knights

The objective of the RTA/N will be to raid opposing territories, to build up our own territory, to expand our territory through exploration, and to oversee the extraction of the natural resources of the territory.  The men will be given specific tasks, and will commit these tasks to propel the projected ideal towards realisation.  The Army will be a valuable asset to all those who are a part of it, and the army will distribute small items to its members from time to time as a reward for their service.

Pay will be distributed on a basis of involvement in that specific mission, rank and skill.
